Traditional addiction drug treatment program doesn’t mean using a “one size fits all” model. Alcohol and drug addiction is far too challenging and we treat every individual differently to approach and yet treatment is the same.
The traditional addictions drug treatment program at Inner Healing Holistic alcohol and drug rehab center ensures that the client has a focused and individualized treatment plan that fully enhances the drug rehab process. Our goal is the same as our client’s: a successful recovery from addiction, and a return to a positive and healthy lifestyle.
Our goal is to provide the necessary care to get rid your life of addiction, while also providing the tools to maintain a lifetime of sobriety. Traditional drug rehab places a strong focus on life-skills management and relapse prevention, so that clients leave the drug rehab center prepared to live life on life’s terms.

A short-term, problem-focused form of behavioral treatment that helps people see the relationship between beliefs, thoughts, and feelings, and subsequent behavior patterns and actions. Through CBT, people learn that their perceptions directly influence their responses to specific situations. In other words, a person’s thought process informs his or her behaviors and actions. Also, called as rational therapy, laid the foundation for what is now known as cognitive behavioral therapy. REBT is built on the idea that how we feel is largely influenced by how we think. As is implied by the name, this form of therapy encourages the development of rational thinking to facilitate healthy emotional expression and behavior. Often, ways of thinking ingrained in our brains at an early age or resulting from painful or traumatic events continue to subconsciously influence our behaviors and perceptions into adulthood. REBT seeks to reshape these core beliefs in those experiencing a wide range of mental health conditions, thereby enabling them to live full, satisfying lives free from unnecessary psychological distress.
Motivational interviewing is a technique in which you become a helper in the change process and express acceptance of your client. It is a way to interact with substance-using clients, not merely as an adjunct to other therapeutic approaches, and a style of counseling that can help resolve the ambivalence that prevents clients from realizing personal goals. Motivational interviewing is a psychotherapeutic approach that attempts to move an individual away from a state of indecision or uncertainty and towards finding motivation to making positive decisions and accomplishing established goals.

Therefore, patients are actively involved in activities common to their age group. Patients make choices with provided options and help plan the activities program each week.
